How We Achieve Our Purpose
It all comes down to science. It fuels everything we do, and how we do it.
We are a behavioural change consultancy that helps organizations build
team belonging, culture and performance.
We Think Small.
We Act Small.
Sounds counterintuitive? It is. And it’s the fastest way to workplace inclusion.

Science for Better Decisions
We were thrilled to have Sylvia join us for our International Women’s Day celebration! Sylvia’s presentation was informative and entertaining – she is an excellent speaker and her presentation included real-time opportunities for our attendees to better understand unconscious bias. In addition, Sylvia was incredible to work with throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a dynamic expert in diversity and inclusion.
